Will I have to pay also the estate agent?

No. You are our client. Estate agents are paid by their client, the seller.

What are the costs to purchase a property in London?

The following are mandatory costs and expenses (Domus London only works with the most reputable professionals):

1. Solicitor: from 1.500 pounds depending on the complexity of the transaction.

2. Surveyor for the property survey: from 700 pounds. We always recommend the services of a surveyor in any purchase and such services are mandatory in case of mortgage.

Is your service confidential?
